Totally agree. Earlier in the season he scored against Real Madrid after 15 seconds although I'm always concerned players from the Spanish Leagues are a risk when coming to the Premier League because of the different styles. If he does sign let's hope he's more of an Alonso than a Luque...

After seeing some of the suggestions of both unrealistic and average players on here all I know is that I'm extremely glad that some of the people on here aren't the manager... I mean Clint Dempsey?! He's one of the players of the season this year FFS and will be unlucky not to get a move to one of the top four.

Not up there with the very best but if Dean Whitehead, Shaun Derry, (Insert other average midfielders here) can make a top flight career then so can they.
