  1. I have read with interest some of the comments on here about Pompey. I also know how we all suffered having gone through what we did. Whilst never wanting to see them better us or be above us I hope that that they do survive and we go on to be the better club based on football alone and not through a financial demise. Their fans will be going through hell and whilst it could be argued the club are getting their just desserts the fans are not. So for what it's worth good luck Pompey, I hope you you all pull through, we both end up in the Premiership, we beat you twice a year, finish above you and we both survive.
  2. Just got back to Cheshire and thought we deserved better than what we got. We were superb (Fans) and I really take my hat off to the ones who came from Sothampton. Our club is clearly going in the right direction and with everyone united the only way is up!! COYR's!!!
  3. Yeah you're right......................I just didnt think that games in this league would ever sell out or clubs in this financial climate can afford to tun paying customers away.
  4. I'm just about to leave and am assuming I can pay on the gate........................am I right???
  5. i live up north. Can I pay on the day does anyone know??
  6. She may do all three in reverse order!
  7. In all fairness who is going to buy a season ticket not knowing how many games they may see. Could prove quite expensive
  8. Yes it is a friendly but it still has to be sanctioned. This is an insurance issue and not necessarily a footballing one.
  9. Just a thought......................if we have no licence then strictly speaking any officials worth their salt shouldnt be officiating. Any games where FA registered officials are used have to be sanctioned. Will this game be? I think possibly not depending on what happens for the rest of this week
  10. I dont know. I may be wrong in what I said. But they were safe from relegation with ten points deducted whereas we were not and therefore could if we had survived stayed in the Championship. Dont you remember they said if we stayed up then it would have taken effect last season? Double jeapordy really but can see there point. My view is we should take our penalty and get on with it.
  11. i think they lost their points last season, but survived relegation
