Spurs want 150 million for Kane (who is 28 next month)..... Let that sink in, not sure how long he has left on his contract assume he signed a new one recently. I know ings only has a year or so left on his contract and is some way behind Kane, how far ahead is Kane in terms of ability? I don't see a £100 million odd difference?

This he is worth more to us as someone that can keep us in the premier league & we will certainly struggle to find a proven double figures goalscorer in this league, wind the contract out at least it buys us time to start looking now. He will probably go though if the price is right as we are a proven selling club, nothing will change till we get a new owner with some ambition & genuine interest in the club.

If/when ings does go would you say that A) he's had his best seasons at saints & injuries will creep back in as he is 29 in July Or B) the best is definitely yet to come and he will score even more goals than at saints with better players around him in a better team.

Out of interest how much is ings worth In the current market with a year or so left of his contract? Would we be looking at 20 million or a lot less than that? Really if we don't get at least 20 million then it's not worth us selling him as he could be the difference between relegation (He basically kept us up this season!) and we should make him see his contract out but then do we want a player who doesn't if we are honest really want to be here?

Question: does Ralph have sound judgement over player transfers? Both Theo & Minamino haven't played that well if we are totally honest yet he is keen that we sign them both. Is it more that those players are now are level and what we have become? Liverpool also want more than the 8 million they paid for minamino. Vesterguard is a funny one he is capable of a world class long and accurate cross field ball to our winger which very few can do & he is decent at clearances likes to get forward at time to join in the attack (both good and bad) the bad side is he has zero pace so if his positioning isn't perfect we get caught out he is also prone to huge lapses of concentration from his casual nature. He is definitely better than bednarek & Stephens at the moment but looks like he's definitely going to another club. Where is our next van dyke? Even if we could sign somone 50% as good it would be what we need!

no from me It's a huge step up from scottish league & no prior experience of premier league... not that RH had any but he did have german league which is higher quality than scotland..... not that it has helped much! .... that said could Calumn Davidson do any worse?

You can't argue with some of this his decisions are completely baffling! it's almost like he's been given free reign to try whatever the hell he likes with no consequence of losing his job.

True but he has to take responsibility for how quick we crumble & how easily we concede, he doesn't seem to have instilled any mental strength in our players. our complete lack of grit and a plan b for when it isn't working is obvious for all to see, losing 16 odd games out of 20 is way beyond poor it's laughable.. yet he's still here
