  1. We do still have to play them though! just not till 25th April! only slightly out! :smt005
  2. oops
  3. We could be in for a difficult game
  4. Ask yourself this do you want to rely on a player that clearly doesn't want to be here, in this crucial relegation battle?
  5. I wish he'd go public with the real reason he left quicker than you can say revolutionary dutch football. Do ya reckon he's allready signed a NDA?
  6. Agreed he's fooked up big time! In all honestly he must be starting to worry by now, you'd think so anyway. He knows the majority will put the blame on him for such a catastrophic appointment, but then maybe that was his grand plan maybe he realises he is never going to be accepted and that he's thought to himself well if i can't have the club then i'll make sure that noone else can! ................ just a theory
  7. He has had some good games don't get me wrong, but if you balance it out across the season he is average at best
  8. Gonna stick for this but as I've always maintained rudi is a very overated player, looks unfit and and un-motivated, If its clear he doesn't want to be here fighting for the cause then he shouldn't be here
  9. I honestly don't believe he would score anywhere near the number of goals needed to keep us up. That said he is better than our other striking options.
  10. Is that why he won't make it 11 in 11?
  11. Wilde the ever silent chairman....... who does a runner on AGM day
  12. Why would a player who's goals effectively kept us up last season not be in his plans?
  13. Did it look good before then? (not being sarcastic)
  14. JP has got it cushty he knows damm well that its going to be very hard for Lowe to sack him, he has Job security thats rare these days
  15. You appoint the best man at the time for the job. Lowe clearly knew we were gonna be relying on youth and cheap players therefore it would have made sense to get get a proven 'motivator' someone who can get the best out of players. I just don't see that the players look up to Jan in any way unfortunately and you have to ask why that is? He seems blind to the fact his system isn't working. Wotton allegedly told Jan his system wasn't working and look where that got him.
  16. This is the deciding factor, So far I haven't seen any evidence of consistent managerials skills from Jan
  17. It seems other clubs are not prepared to accept poor results, yet we just seem to accept it and say well theres nothing we as fans can do about it, can't afford a replacement ect. Why is that? I don't blame Jan for being appointed in a job he wasn't fit for, but then I guess if you accept the job you have to realise you need to deliver results so he isn't completely exempt from blame. Just wondering, Is there any other teams that won't sack their manager under any circumstaces?
  18. Obviously we were expecting to get thrashed, but we were at least hoping for a little bit of effort and fight. There wasn't much evidence of that sadly, we managed like one shot on target
  19. It should have rung alarm bells in every fans head when it was announced he was prepared to pay his own compenation! It tells you that he knew he was on to a winner with saints and couldn't believe his luck that a team with more than a couple of thousand capacity wanted him! when rosey cheeks came a calling it must have been like winning the lottery
  20. and waterlooville?
  21. exactimondo!
  22. amen to that
  23. At the end of the day it wasn't an important game compared to our next three! It was important not to get a complete thrashing though (five goals +) but that was about all
  24. As long as the OS doesn't spout loads of crap like, we weren't far off getting a result and that we matched united in most departments. I will be happy You never know they may be honest and say we weren't in the game for long periods and the better team one!
