Honestly I dont think Saints or Pompey will go down. I reckon if anything the Season is going to be kinda to Saints than Pompey. Saints expectations seem pretty low so I think you could have a nice surprise as I reckon you'll be midtable and play some exciting football along the way. Some pompey fans expectations are ridiculous so for them, anything less than 6th + a Trophy will be disappointing. Winning the FA cup was obviously amazing yet it papered over the cracks. Pompey have now lost 5 consecutive games with Man Utd and Everton away up next. I still think Pompey will finish with around 50 points.
