  1. I'm flattered you notice.
  2. People do many things for many reasons, I'm curious to know why you're suggesting he'd have a personal connection though. I know you don't know him so it would be an assumption but what would lead you to that?
  3. Please explain.
  4. Is that what you did then?
  5. Pretty weird way of trying to make friends by offering them a mouthful of your drink.
  6. These things needs answers eric!
  7. If a team qualify through the fair play league and finish 6th does the Europa league place go to the 8th placed team?
  8. Just remind me, what happens if the 4th place team win the league cup again?
  9. I see another main story on all the news has been a another 'racist storm' at st Pancreas station when they got back. Yet again the behaviour of a handful of mouthy idiots dominates then news ahead of all the other terrible things going on in the world.
  10. Why would he have empathised in a personal level?
  11. So he was apologising on behalf of currently innocent people he's never met for an incident which is as yet unproven. It was pointless anyway as the victim admitted he can't speak English, so not for his benefit at all.
  12. He's got a point, whose benefit was the sign for and why was he apologising?
  13. The other amusing thing is that appears of you question if it was a race incident, you're defending them and condoning what they did. I think I've said on numerous occasions they were acting like bullying c*nts and should be punished for that, but that isn't the issue. If we are to truly crush racism then we need to stop this hysterical reaction every time there is an incident. People all trying to out do each other to show how angry they are about it in a 'look at me Im not racist' type way. Every incident of discrimination should be treated equally. It's patronising to black and Asian people that 'crimes' against them are considered to be worse and should be more severely punished than crimes against whites.
  14. Compare the general media reaction to a handful of Chelsea fans acting like c*nts to 200 Dutch fans rampaging through Rome.
  15. I've been championing his signing for a couple of seasons and often been sneered at, but this article suggests he'd be the perfect replacement for Schniderlin like I said he would be. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2855168/JAMIE-REDKNAPP-Lee-Cattermole-looked-football-s-snobs-big-things-lie-ahead.html
  16. Ipswich must be lacking a bit of bite in midfield.
  17. Do you know what pappy, when I first saw first saw the incident, which was at work with the sound off. I didn't think, 'that looks like a racist incident to me' I thought, 'why are they stopping that guy getting on the train?' I didn't even notice he was black. It was only when I was told to think it was a racist incident by the outraged majority I decided to have a look for myself ask a few questions and try and make my mind up rather than follow the crowd.
  18. So is it less wrong if it wasn't racist?
  19. Yet we've got plenty of people who weren't there getting hysterical and making judgements about it.
  20. Amazing, as here he says... "They told me things in English but I didn't understand the meaning of their words, I don't speak a word of English" If he didn't understand then how did he know he was being racially abused?
  21. He actually said he couldn't understand them but 'knew' it was because he was black. If he couldn't understand them how is this possible?
  22. That doesn't surprise me.
  23. He really did do a dreadful job didn't he. I'm not quite sure what jermaine wright had to do to get dropped, then like you say starting the season with hardly any defenders, midfielders playing at full back, really poor centre halves, then spending £1m on Wayne Thomas! When you look at how we've been managed since the Liebherrs came along its incredible to think it's the same club, the previous regimes were a classic example of what not to do.
  24. They all want to stay don't they! Credit to Les Reed for making this a club everyone wants to join!
  25. People should remember you are only banned if you get caught. The smarter firms dance away from prying eyes. Plus such is our reputation quite often these days other firms rarely show so there is nothing to fight, hence why most of our bans are for drunken silliness rather than violence.
