I dont know about you but my son has got into music the last year or so, he's learning the guitar and loves guitar bands Oasis, Courtneers even the Jam, Beatles, Kinks (good) but also likes rap (bad). He really wanted to go but we're away for the Wembley ones, Manchester is standing only but no way am i taking a what will then be 12 year old kid who's quite small for his age to a standing only gig which will be full of people pissed and sniffed up and probably end up with a lot of scrapping going on. Hope everyone enjoys seeing them im sure it'll be a great show and amazing for those who have grown up only being able to listen to it on Spotify. Cant really criticise the younger ones for going when i've seen Paul Weller about a dozen times (although his solo stuff started when i was teen so very relevant to me) The Who, The Rolling Stones and From the Jam myself.

i've never put anyone on ignore and never would so dont really know how it works. But seems a bit pointless to constantly go on about having someone on ignore then reply to them and talk about them everyday.

I’ve had someone boast about having me on ignore for about 5 years yet regularly replies to my posts; constantly references me in his own posts and seems to know exactly what I’m posting as when. Another strange poster who was one who claimed he wasn’t going to waste time on this thread anymore at the start of the window but has appeared to have spent most of the last 3 months constantly hitting refresh on this forum so he can add reactions to posts within minutes The title of this thread is a good indication as to what it’s about but then there are another band of fools of appear to read this thread regularly then add comments about how they don’t want to read it luckily there are also some decent people on here who post and it’s those that deserve the info we share

Remember last time we came up there was this mythical 10 game period we needed to adapt to the premier league 🤣 Once we get past this 10 game period everything will be alright. Good question. Finding clues which stick the guidelines we are given and are not too obvious is a tricky task sometimes. We’ve taken on board some of the criticism and this window I’ve given 2 names of signings in posts and one nickname. The other members have also given more obvious clues.

I get all that but they are elite performers for a reason. Because they were driven to be better than everyone around them. Elite performers in any field want to win things and compote at the top. someone like Danny Ings moving to another premier league club for more money, get it. Same level of competition, bigger club more money, get all that. Someone who could actually win stuff going to an inferior league and risking his international career at the same time I dont Eric Cantona retired after being a legend and winning loads at one of the worlds biggest clubs, David Bentley, do me a favour, decent enough but hardly a top player. I’m surprised why someone like Toney who’s star was on the rise and could have gone to a champions league club and challenged for the title has chose to move there in his prime. Maybe after he’s won a few things but not now.

It baffles me why any player in their prime would want to move to there or the MLS, we had it also with China a few years ago. Surely as a sportsman you’d want to compete at the best level you could for as long as you could. I can understand it if he was 34 wanting one last big contract having achieved all you could but at 28 when he could have been competing at the top of a major league and playing for your country?

Away from Saints for a second Ivan Toney moving to Saudi seems ridiculous. Class player in his prime, just broken into the England team, could probably have got a move to most top teams in Europe.
