I have no idea why there is this obsession to be next to the away fans particularly in today’s climate where even making a gesture towards them can result in arrest and a ban. A big home end with singers stood would make for a great atmosphere rather than what we have now with the small pockets in different parts of the ground. Saints have never really had a proper home end, even at the Dell the singers were split between the Milton, lower east and west stand benches.
