Jonno Quick has a hamstring knock according to DW. Hardly suprising, the pace and power athletes are most suceptible to these strains.

Harry Redknapp criticises defence after QPR lose at Swansea

Written a blog on the Saviour Harry if anyone is interested... http://betweenthelinesuk.wordpress.com/2013/02/17/cult-of-redknapp-harrys-a-believer/ -
Was left out today. Apparantly he is coming back here and then being loaned out to a top half Championship side. More his level IMO.
-
Reeves looks like he will fall just short of a career with us. At 21 he should be a star man in L2 if he has PL ambitions...

http://m.thestar.co.uk/sport/football/sheffield-united/sheffield-united-forte-destined-for-big-things-1-5416746 Was it an error to let Jonno go? Things can quickly change.

The club know how good he is and where we would be without him. By all means bring another, better striker in but that doesnt mean RL should leave.

Things you learn from interacting on the Saints Web forum.....

Its because he is "nasty". SWF would rather have a "nice" Chairman but stay in L1 where everyone enjoys it more and feels close to the club watching talents of the ilk of Neal Trotman and Dany "Keep Them" N'Guessan -

Often the people with the strongest and most repeated opinions have the least knowledge and understanding. -

Although football is a results game and our results last two and a half years couldn't have been better, the Chairman is "nasty" which makes it all worthless. -
This is true. Shaw has signed for Arsenal 38 times now. Story probably given by RL agent looking to put pressure on Saints to agree a new deal with him.
-
He will want security of knowing his future. Plus we could probably get 4m in the summer. That would reduce to next to nothing the following Jan and then zilch the next summer ie the Van Persie scenario. Hopefully we give him another 3 year contract taking him to 34 - he deserves it more than anyone.
-
Equally would be suprised if he wanted to go there. They are a mess. He often says how exciting a place Saints will be in the next few years. However, in the summer he will either sign a new deal or be sold.

One Of The First Things Ever Taught To Young Footballers
Saint Charlie replied to TijuanaTim's topic in The Saints
If you win the headers then the man on the line is a non-argument. -
IMO Richardson could do a decent job as a front sweeper. Unlike Schneiderlin (who only passes sideways) he can tackle. Lee at left wing is just ridiculous though.
-
I enjoy the arguments that because he hasn't played in the Prem we don't know if he would be good enough. I would argue that if you haven't played a single minute in the Prem and the team is 25 odd games into the season then thats a decent indication. So many fans forget that the Manager sees players in training all the time...
-
He was our fifth choice striker and has played precisely zero minutes of Premier League football this season. His most important moment for us in 14 months was a cushioned header at Leeds for Lambert to volley in. He has been unlucky but we won't miss him. Mayuka has far more potential and has scored goals at a far higher level than Lee ever has, plus is much younger.
-
Weirdest post this year seeing as they were all ahead of Lee anyway and he made zero Prem apps all season ie NOTHING has changed. We are pretty ok in attacking areas IMO. We only play with one striker and aside from those mentioned (you forgot JR) Ramirez could play up top if needed...
-
Is that a move that might happen soon? I wonder what the transfer window status is in Japan?
-
Whilst Julius will never be as good a signing as Rickie Lambert I think he could reach Dan Harding levels. IMO he is currently about to overtake Neal Trotman for impact made at the club. Decent start for the lad.

Isn't it either the Saturday 12.45 game or Monday?
