On that topic, my kids team is coached by an ex-Pro, he played for Arsenal in the PL. When he explains to the kids what to do/not do, he explains it so clearly it just seems so simple. No word salad, no jargon, just simple instructions that are immediately understood by everyone. Maybe if you have real world credentials you don't need to make up bullshit to sound smart? 🤷
