I'm quite fatalistic on all this, employ someone whose been sacked a couple of times but has a name or promote a guy whose inexperienced but the SD thinks he has great potential and has worked at some good clubs. Last 2 games we've had lucky wins, the football and decision making still looks muddled and slightly russball but maybe that's him using the right tactic for our shit players. Hopefully over international break we see some cohesion and maybe different style but if the weeks are wasted and we come out as changed as a Nathan Jones team then we are fucked for this year.
