Very happy for him, been following him obviously since us and think after that inital 10 game spell at reading it really made him as a manager. i think you didnt see the word recommended to the club by ankersen, of course the club would have had a choice of possible assistants, interviewed them and make the decision thereafter, remember this was for the assistants role to work between the b team and first team.
