Having lived out of Soton for 20years I can assure you every time I head back the youngsters still sound like yokels.

It's not as drawn out and as high pitched as Brummie and there is way, way, way more use of dialect.

But can you tell the difference between a Brummie accent and a Black Country one? To me they are as different as a a Scouse from a Manc.

I teach in the heart of the Black Country and the accent and dialect takes some serious getting used to. When I first started I thought I was going to need a translator.

I'm certainly not adverse to having a Royal Yacht and just fail to see how announcing to the country we are (I know we aren't) planning to gift the Queen it is supposed to raise moral in difficult times.

Fellas, whilst I appreciate how easy it is to run rings round Alpine please don't quote him as many of us have Thrush on ignore.

I can see the benefits of a Royal Yacht as a business tool but to me it shows how out of touch some tories are that they think building one, at the tax payers expense, would lift the moral of the country.

Wasn't that cold mush. I was just to the right and it appeared to me that one 1/2 would be singing one song and at the same time the other half were signing another. I can't remember the acoustics being that poor at Forest before.

I'll assume it's young folk who are demanding non stop singing. Perhaps, when they grow up, they'll understand that not all want to, as is their right.

I didn't think any of our players were waving cards about, more showing their elbows and going nuts.

I didn't see the elbow as I was checking the score on my phone but my nipper said "red card" straight away. Having seen it now it looks nasty and the ref had a good view.

I do most away games and, IMHO, we were back to our flowing, arrogant best. With Chappers and Lambert to return my faith is being restored after an awful December.
