  1. But your club will have to show evidence that £30m of image rights coverage were generated in that time.
  2. FFS. The judgement is on Thrusday.
  3. Not after less that 2hrs of opening statements, no.
  4. There has clearly been a c**k up somewhere but if sales have really outstripped the projected demand and the manufacturers are struggling to produce more I can't see how the club are to blame. If they'd ordered less than previous seasons then fair enough, it's their fault.
  5. I'm confident he does judging by previous posts and the specialist football area he's involved with. That said, his post does strike me as bull.
  6. HMRC have a great chance with 2 of the 3 points and only have to win one point. To my amateur eyes it looks as if they have a banker with the image rights and an odds on favourite with the manipulation of the figures for the vote.
  7. Getting a buyer doesn't automatically lift the embargo.
  8. 'kin 'ell, don't people get this? It doesn't matter if they off load, they have to get everything through the FL and it so far they have dispensation to sign three players only. That, I'm willing to bet on, won't change.
  9. I don't disagree that they'll try but as we know, the FL league are a different proposition to the EPL and the media outside pompey just won't care now they are outside the EPL bubble.
  10. That doesn't lift the embargo. The Golden Share in the FL is more complex than that.
  11. They will not have the embargo lifted until they have a new owner and that owner has satisfied the FL. Tomorrow has f**K all to do with the embargo.
  12. Don't spit your dummy out because not everyone believes you. Dry your eyes and man up.
  13. I don't believe them either. That AP is under real threat I've no doubt and have never thought otherwise. That NC is ruthless I know from people in financial circles that deal with him. That NC told the pitch announcer not to heap any praise on him I believe is b o l l o xs.
  14. I'm sorry, but some random posting it on a messageboard doesn't make it true.
  15. In many ways it doesn't matter. The tranfers ban will still be in force until a new owner is in place and that owner has satisfied the FL.
  16. At times some of the football we played last season was stunning and at other times we were dragged down to the opponents level and at others we were simply rubbish. Unlike some I don't think we can get out of L1 playing two out and out wingers and adopting the Spanish "tic-tac" style but I, like the majority want us playing football to feet as much as possible but the big ball to RL has its place.
  17. SRS may be a c**k but he has a very valid point regarding the Echo. My fathers generation, for example, get all of their Saints news from Solent or The Echo.
  18. I stand corrected. Thank you sir.
  19. Ashdown is yet to sign. Herman and Wilson out until October. Boateng, Nugent and Utaka up for sale and Ben Haim looking for a new club as he had a relegation clause in his contract
  20. And regardless of Tuesdays outcome the embargo still isn't going to be lifted until the FL is satisfied with the new owners.
  21. Did Sonko play yesterday?
  22. Possibly one of the dumbest things you've ever typed and 'kin 'ell, you've typed some s**t. You're just a fat bloke from Romsey with a s**t job who just wants to act Billy Big ******s.
  23. I would consider myself a supporter of Pardew but I accept that if Saints aren't flying high at, or near the top, by New Year then he'll be sacked. I very much doubt we could get a better manager in as a division three club though.
