  1. He's one of the bods responsible for all the Heathrow BA trolly dollies going on strike.
  2. We understand that, it's the other two points of the appeal that we expect HMRC to win. The football creditors rule can wait for another day.
  3. You could do with remembering humanity the next time you ruin 10,000s of peoples holidays because the trolly dollys are having to live in the real world.
  4. The simple fact that you have decided the result despite not being in possession of the facts says rather a lot about you. You presuppose it's about freedom of speech without one iota of evidence to suggest that is what it is about at all. I'd put your soap box away if I were you, you're starting to look a tad silly now.
  5. Really, well I must go and read it as I hadn't thought of reading that at the begining or prehaps, just maybe, I was replying to other posts in which people are saying he's banned.
  6. So he hasn't been banned then, he can still buy tickets on a match by match basis? Until we know that he can't we cannot say that he's been banned. In addition, he hasn't had his season ticket revoked at all, just not been able to renew it, they is a difference. Please do try to keep up.
  7. I don't disagree with that but our resident pet neo-nazi is off on one comparing NC to Mussolini and SRS assumes, as per his way, that he is right, regardless of not know the facts. I find myself indifferent at best regarding NC but was VERY pi**ed off when the installment plan was pulled but I'll not be joining any lynch mob until I know the facts of the matter.
  8. The simple, undeniable FACT that seems to have been missed in the egofest that is this thread is that we don't know if NI has been banned. The usual anti-NC brigade, all two of them, are assuming he has been without any evidence. He may very well be able to still attend, but hey, lets not let the facts get in the way of diatribe by two people who aren't even going to bother going this coming season.
  9. I would have flipped and killed them both I reckon!
  10. No, we can't but I find that I don't really care, which is a pity. Prehaps he should walk over the bridge and actually ask in person at the TO.
  11. No, no, no. Dune knows that NC is losing support, all the way from his base in the East Midlands and him going to stacks of home games. How dare you suggest otherwise.
  12. Exactly. I've met NI a good few times over the years and he's always seemed a pleasant enough chap but I can't form an opinion based on information from just one side. NC is certainly ruthless, I've heard enough from people that deal with him to understand why he got to where he did in Swiss banking but I find it hard to believe that he is deliberately attempting to alienate the fan base, despite what a couple of no-marks on a messageboard would have us believe.
  13. LOL at the b o l l o x s in this post. Evidence if ever needed that drugs are bad.
  14. Only an idiot pays RRP on anything these days. I love haggling and if I don't get the discount/perks I'm after I take my ££ elsewhere until I do get it.
  15. 'kin 'ell, you can tell it's the school holidays as the kids with lightening fast reflexes are playing during the day!
  16. I'm fairly pro European but there is no way on gods green earth that Turkey should be allowed to join the EU.
  17. It is in the middle of a multi-million pound refurb'. Going to look mighty good when it's done. http://www.edgbaston.com/venue/ground-development/
  18. Posts like this leave me feeling all warm and happy.
  19. Regardless, the fact that such a high % was paid in image rights compared to the big clubs such as United means AA is snookered. There is no escaping the evidence. That, combined with the factual mistakes regarding the process on the day suggests to me that HMRC will win those two points and the CVA will be nullified. The football creditors rule is much more complex and can envisage that being put aside for consideration.
  20. Remember people, the CVA being approved doesn't lift the embargo. That only happens once a new owner is in place and the FL are happy with them.
  21. 5-1 with Paddypower for up/down double.
  22. I'm looking at getting a desktop that my 8yo & 5yo can use as their mum is fed up with them hogging her laptop. Any recommendations of a good, simple, cheap system would be appreciated.
  23. So the CVA isn't going to raise £15m in player sales in this transfer window. What does that mean in terms of the HMRCs case against pompey and the CVA in general if one of it's central pillars is missing?
  24. Exeter of the 2. It has a real uni so for a 22yo the social life is pretty good. Plymouth is, well, Plymouth.
