  1. Nope. It is the misinterpretation of Christianity which causes violence and war. I cant speak about other religions because I dont know enough about them all.
  2. Weston, do you believe that 19C's reference to Darren's mum was a cheap shot? And if you don't can you see how it could so easily have been interpreted that way given past posting history?
  3. It's pathetic that we haven't been given a vote on it. It's the main reason why I'm not voting labour.
  4. I wish that some people could debate sensibly without insulting the beliefs of others.
  5. Just to make people aware who responded to this thread, my cousin is now responding to the various emails and things. He has been delayed by one or two things (most notably the New York marathon which he took part in as well!) so apologies for the delay but it should all be sorted this evening. Thanks again
  6. I just dislike the implication that everyone on here is too idiotic to realise that a youngster from the non league is not a shoe-in for the first team. I would have thought that was pretty flipping obvious. To people who don't believe that, well I don't believe it's even worth debating and pointing out something so amazingly obvious.
  7. I totally agree. Maybe I dose of religion would calm their aggression somewhat.
  8. I think everyone agrees that there are some religious nutters and many idiots who follow christianity. Lets not lose sight of the very intelligent and friendly people who also follow it and who don't try to impose it upon others. If someone is turned off by religion due to someone else trying to ram it down your throat then I think that's a shame. If you have come to the conclusion that religion isn't for you yourself then fair enough. I live my life with an open mind so I wouldn't ever want to dismiss either side of the debate as rubbish because that just leaves you with no room for change and you never know how you will feel a few years down the line.
  9. I would argue saint lard that it all stemmed from one particular poster though...
  10. He gave free will so that humans could choose for themselves how to live (at least that's what some christians believe.)
  11. You say in hindsight but when I pointed it out to you both on the thread and via pm you were having none of it. You knew exactly what you were doing
  12. Ah Jill you've ruined it for me now. Mods infract.
  13. Think I'll leave it to Pardew's judgement.
  14. I believe the tickets I had were paid for as normal but then I didn't pay.
  15. It's rubbish and not worth the money. HTH
  16. That striker bloke Barnard or is he on loan?
  17. Why does that make it more a load of crap? If it was Wacko's best friend would it be less crap?
  18. If nothing else I commend you on your tenacity.
  19. TBF he is commenting on your internet persona.
  20. Maybe in the future but thinking about the last six miles at the moment makes me feel slightly unwell to be honest! If I was to do another one then it would be another marathon though not New York. Once in a lifetime experience I think but I'll remember it forever.
  21. What a load of nonsense. If he was sacked for his beliefs then that is clearly wrong. The fact it is to do with climate change is irrelevant.
  22. I love how you quote the Daily Mail and then take that as "what the UK believes." Makes me laugh.
  23. Because Scooby is a numpty.
  24. Cheers for that. When I was born my foot was twisted and it's straightened itself out over time. I think it may be something to do with that. I'll look into it. Not that I care much today though!
  25. Something tells me that St Will is not going to last much longer on here.
