  1. When the BBC puts a live score things along the lines of "Manchester United leading against Liverpool" so I click on it not remembering that they were playing each other and it's women's football and they haven't bothered to tell anyone that in the headline.
  2. I really hope Biden does live up to what he has pledged and be the president for all Americans. If he does what Hilary would have done then all its going to do is encourage more to vote for someone even more radical. Hopefully he can be a moderating influence on both sides.
  3. I've said it before. Jwp is the type of prefect kid type that would have got beaten up at school but he's a brilliant asset to have in your team and the exact poster boy that the club needs to attract new young talent.
  4. No football fan looks at the image above and thinks its offside. It's so sad.
  5. I almost broke my right hand after that sexual finish from Adams.
  6. And 2 weeks off ings' recovery time.
  7. Genuinely don't know why he would go there at the moment. He wouldn't get the time and patience he has been afforded here.
  8. Also Newcastle looked awful. Imagine having to watch that every week. Almost as bad as us a year ago!
  9. Who else did a quick we're top of the league chant in their front room?
  10. Yep. Still going every game...
  11. So nice to see Theo running at players with the ball. We've missed that sort of thing.
  12. Think it's very harsh from some people criticising Stephens.
  13. We really should have scored more.
  14. I think if you've got the same mongs speculating all over social media or writing to the club that's probably not great for the player who I imagine would like to be left alone.
  15. TBF the club could make some sort of general statement which respects the privacy of the player. Would have the added advantage of stopping some of the speculation.
  16. Indeed. Ings isn't some mythical figure and we aren't a one man team, particularly this year where we have added a lot to our game. I reckon we will still nick a few good results and I expect us to win.
  17. Indeed it's pathetic. Personally I'm quite excited to see how some of the other players like Theo do in his absence.
  18. I think there is more to it than that. He obviously speaks to a certain section of American society who feel forgotten, ignored or dismissed by others. It's much too simplistic to chalk all his support up to fear.
  19. The Democrats haven't helped themselves by cosyibg up to the berbie sanders supporters and crazy people like AOC and Ilhan Omar. Just like Corbyn you need to have mass appeal rather than just speak to the fringe. Democrats should have won this election handily and the fact they haven't is an indictment on their party. It's not baffling why people have voted for him at all.
  20. Regardless of the final result, Democrats need to finally look at themselves and what they are doing as a party. They had the opportunity after 2016 and if anything they got worse. Let's hope they actually do a bit of soul searching rather than calling everyone racist and sexist.
  21. I can see it on my laptop fine but not on my mobile.
  22. Here's an example from the post below.
  23. The evidence speaks for itself.
  24. I love having a look on holiday as there's some lovely parts. I also did a house swap quite a few years ago with a family from South Carolina and that was great. You'd never want to actually move there permenently though unless you're from some third world country or something. So many odd things like guns, healthcare, hardcore religion etc that the average brit would just jot be able to relate to.
  25. TBF I think you'll see rioting whatever the result is tomorrow. Makes you glad you don't live there.
