saints sold league tickets quicker with more excess demand that skates ever have. Their support, struggling to get close to a small capacity ground filled shows why they are in trouble. Based on level of their support they will probably settle lower CCC/upper league one (above us now!). Our support is prem level. There are many posts by their fans on their forums saying how embarrassed they are by the comparative number of fans.

Despite signing a four-year contract extension with West Ham in August 2005, Ward left the East London club in the summer of 2006, joining Coventry City for £1m. His performances for Coventry have attracted significant interest from Charlton Athletic and Fulham, or even a move back to former club West Ham for reported £2.5 million fees. The speculation heightened when Ward was omitted from the starting line up that faced Bristol City in an F.A. Cup 3rd round tie on 6 January. Coventry manager Micky Adams vehemently denied the rumour that Ward had been dropped to avoid him being cup-tied, but insisted that Ward had picked up a hamstring strain and thus was unfit to play

agree - one of the most ridiculous posts on this forum! He looked good when he came on, few nice touches and beat his man easily. One really rash tackle! How can people berate players without seeing them? Think some enjoy criticising this club.

a lot of players available but not many better than what we have. have made 2 offers to test the market. lost Mellis and Trottman so they need replacing

he tackles, runs with the ball, controls it, passes it and rarely gives it away.

Alonso managed 15 in 5 years at Liverpool - 138 appearances. Its not the only measure of a midfielder. THink he does lack confidence in front of goal at moment
