I think there is some impact (but that goes onto another arguement as to whether we could have kept the "names" with another chairman). Him just being there - can't see it makes any real difference to attendances.

I don't think Lowe;s return had any noticeable affect on crowd numbers this season. Few wins / defeats makes huge difference. Its more a continuation of the decline as premiership, well even play off become a distant memory. This season crowds I think were set when we were so bad for the 2nd half of last season. If we had an exciting new chairman it may have a positive effect -but none of names mentioned would do that.

Bizarre! How can a positive influence ruin a club -don;t think you even convinced yourself on that one!:confused:

never once said that it was a good performance. never once said the performance was more important than result. have said results or performances have not been good enough have said it was not an embarrassment on Saturday (disagreeing with someone who said it was). did say that it was better that despite losing they showed some character, skill and entertainment as this will make fans more likely to come back (several have said they enjoyed it) gives player more confidence than a destroying defeat and shows hope that we may improve. What's wrong with that? What has that got to do with your relegation comments?

Euell would not even has seen the other guy -he slide in from behind Euell was Euell was already committed on the ground. You can see what a bizzare decsion by the way the wolves player comforts Euell -hardly berating him for a reckless tackle!

Did you watch Shilton for us? Don't get me wrong, not for a minute saying Neimi is average - just think Shilton was class above. Neimi wasn't being recognised at the best in the division, where as Shilton was being recognised at arguably best in the world for his generation.

for those who didn't see him, to give you some idea if KD is 5/10 Neimi 7/10 Shilton would be 10 -thats how good he was, Neimi was very very good but Shilton would make him look average.

I don't know about rose tinted but think you are wearing dark glasses or are unable to read! I do not think we played great yesterday - I said it was not an embarrassment. The goals were far too easy -never said different. thought we started well for first ten/fifteen -then agree they were always first to 2nd ball for a good period

riduclous comments this head in the sand nonsense. I am quite capable of realising how few wins I have seen this season, and how table looks. If we lose we will go down, however we play. But -we are more likely to win in future if playing ok and more likely to survive if crowds go home please with effort and style of football, and then come back. That is why it is worthy of mention. Not complicated.
