remember KK signing, that was miles more exciting. the thread says (think you and hypo missed the point of it) 'since....' I don't think this is on the same spectrum as the Keegan or Shilton etc etc However, and I appreciate others views about Fonte and Lambert, personally think you have to back a while for a signing that shows intent like this. He is not a world famous name, but he is a top CCC player, England U21 and going up. Shows the sort of long term aim of the club and that we can attract players not just with our money (as suspect others with money were in for him) but with our future and team spirit. I know it does not fit in with the gloomy five's (you, hypo, Fitz, alpine, Lard) agenda
