Rubbish Clyne 7, lambert didn't play upfront second half either.

Lambert didn't have a mare. Worked hard but lost the back of being in the right place.

I think we were very good tonight and showed a lot of heart. Yoshida was poor and the goalie was at fault for second goal. Wanyama and Clyne going off really hurt us especially Clyne. Osvaldo warmth great and dickie seems to lost the back of being in the right place. Can't really moan at my team for playing like that though. Prob is with fixtures and injuries coming up we could be in bottom half in January.

Arsenal away went with lambert, Sunderland at home. Osvaldo hasn't been great so far.

Sorry rubbish about souness. We played great football at times. End of season we were on fire. Don't test me on history of saints mate. Signings were great too. Berkovic class and ostenstad and Claus and Kevin Davies.

Villa game is huge, if we don't win then city at home is tough, Newcastle flying, spurs isn't a gimme, cardigans Everton away tough and then Chelsea at home. Could easily slip down the league rapidly if we aren't in our game. Beat villa and we will have a big boost and will show we have mental strength.

I don't agree with you about merrimgton. He kept us up with no money to aeons with a under par le tiss that year. Scores only 2 from open play. Sourness at times had us playing great stuff especially towards end of season.

Ramirez should play IMO.

Worst marks ever. Clyne wasn't great today, big Vic better than Morgan. Lallana was awful today and ward prowse poor and osvaldo terrible.

I don't think he'd jump at chance. I don't think they are much bigger than us and also think our infrastructure is right up there. I trust the chairman to sort it out now more than I did with Lowe.

Ward prowse was excellent first half but had to play right back second half so couldn't really influence game. If we have lovren and shaw and first eleven fit we have outside chance if a draw IMO.
