If you thought j rod was better than lambert today I suggest u watch game again. Lambert gave a really good performance.

I watched it online and he won nearly everything and defended amazing from set pieces. Even Dave mezza said he was amazing.

Don't think he was very good. Too lightweight.

Was very good vs qpr and newcastle, poor vs norwich and liverpool was one of his worst games in the shirt.

Gazzinga 7- needs to stop wasting time and I want davis in but played better. Clyne 8-Class. Fonte 7-Improved a lot. Yoshida 5-Jos is worse though. Shaw 5-Poor game today, everything came from his wing. Morgan 5-Needs to stop bigging us up and perform Cork 6-Tried his best. Lallana 2-Useless, worst performance in a saints shirt, be strong and stop falling over ffs. Puncheon 5-offered little. Ramirez 6-rubbish 1st half decent second. Lambert 6-Very good first half, didnt win a lot but got sod all service 2nd. Subs; J-rod 6-Great run, had 3 players to pass to though and passed to them! S davis 4-contribution was to give it away under no pressure when we had a good position and then we nearly conceded. Why is mayuka not playing??? we havent any pace and teams can play a high line denying us space?

Thought puncheon was average at best wednesday tbh.

Lambert was very good weds pm and played well first half. Lallana was absolutely shocking today as was puncheon, so he didnt have any service. I thought that was as bad as ive ever seen lallana play.

I just dont understand leaving mayuka out of every game, only one with pace other than clyne whose a defender.

Ramirez was better second half, lallana was the biggest culprit was shocking.

Thought our decision making was really poor in final third. Lallana was just shocking today. Needs to be much stronger and his decision making was abysmal. Kept just falling over all the time. Puncheon was poor aswell. Ramirez poor first half but played a lot better second half, lambert other way round. Thought fonte and yoshida played okay actually. Shaw didnt have as good a game today they kept coming down the right all the time. Steven davis contribution when he came on was to play 2 awful balls and put us in big trouble. Really feel we missed opportunity as they were very average imo.
