agree and someone who is a dagenham boy ,people do get along but i find its the extremists in most cases who love stroking up tensions and hate normally groups from the facist far right bnp, edl, nat front and the conservative ideology of islamic fundamentalists and their ilk and when i travel to mainland europe i find most young people with the same in attitudes most liking the same clothes and music, films etc has the uk.it depends on wether you see doom and gloom or are a optismist or want to live in the past. i,m a optimist .

Your right but when we joined the eec has it was called then.we were a poor country and cheap labour hence why a lot of my mates worked in germany and some have not come back.so I suppose we undercut the Germans in those days. Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 2

I believe there 350000 in spain alone. So I suppose if we leave I expect we will have to pay for health care if we visit Europe on holiday or work.all this to cover up the splits in tory party and there fight with ukip for their core voters. Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 2

we would still have to pay even if we left.... Let’s leave the EU and join the EEA or EFTA – Norway and Switzerland are doing fine without EU membership!” It’s a perennial argument of a surprisingly large number of anti-EU types, and I’ve been meaning to do a proper post on it for (literally) years. It is, needless to say, a nonsense argument based on a fundamental misunderstanding of Norwegian/Swiss relations with the EU. Norway has oil. Switzerland’s a tax haven. Both have far, far smaller populations than the UK, accounting for their far higher GDPs per capita (and hence relative prosperity). They are not comparable with Britain. Even if they were – both also have to pay in to the EU budget proportionate to their economies. Norway currently pays c.340 million euros per annum. This is more than many EU member states – especially when you consider the fact that actual members get money back, reducing their net contributions. In fact, judging from this chart of net contributions, Norway would – if included in the chart – be about the 10th highest contributor to the EU budget, despite not being a member. Rough maths tells us that, all things being equal, as the UK’s GDP is approximately 5.7 times that of Norway’s, the UK would still need to contribute around 2 billion euros a year to the EU budget if part of the EEA/EFTA. While having no say in what EU laws and regulations we’d still have to follow. Because both Norway and Switzerland also – without having any say in their formulation – have to abide by 80-90% of EU rules and regulations in order to be part of the Common Market.

lot of sense in that pap the power of global capitalism and to many politicians who line there pockets to do there masters bidding.

agree its only the extremes of left and right who froth at the mouth about it,even though its not perfect its better to reform from the inside than have no influence and be a outcasts and lose our usa special relationship has we become unimportant to them.
-
i think he realises apart from the die hards ,its more to do with the internal tory politics and how ukip is damaging their former voters ,so i expect ed milliband will watch them fall apart over this issue.has they say in the us at election time " its about the economy stupid " if cameron gets the economy right and jobs are created he will be reelected.

Do you think the party leaders will dance with dogs so they can cash in on there core voters:) Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 2
