Said from the start Tonda was behind it all and was laughed out of town on here. As was the suggestion when I said we could be thrown out. For what it’s worth I think the club are delaying making a statement because Tonda will be sacked this morning. They want to be seen to do the “right thing” before making a comment publicly whether the appeal is successful is another question altogether but if it is it definitely won’t be Tonda leading us out at Wembley. I actually think legally we have a good chance of getting it over turned, the punishment is nonsense, that being said whether we have the intelligence and legal muscle to do it is something else entirely

What Saints have done is shameful but what EFL has done is even worse. The punishment does not fit the crime on any level. As others have suggested I suspect this happens a lot we were just stupid & careless enough to get caught Effectively (potentially) they are fining Saints £200 million and rewarding Boro with £200 million. The final has to be postponed. How can Saints expect to have their fair right to appeal prepared in 24 hours. They need a top dog lawyer like that cunt Gibson hired, problem we have is we have muppets running the show.
