Doesn't matter how many we have at the back. Game after game none of them have the awareness to look around and track the man. They obviously don't practise it either. Noone takes responsibility and takes charge.

Give Ralph the next couple of games against City to see if there is any reaction. Yes we'll likely lose but it will be clear in the effort and attitude of the players whether he has been able to pick them up. If not.. Time for a new man.
