Instead of strengthening we've weakened the team. Utterly bizzare.

Looks like it's shaping up to be the usual January transfer window then. Squad weakened yet again. Glaringly obvious problems not solved. "Promises" not fulfilled. Didn't expect anything different Hope we stay up!

Had a look on Spurs forums and got the sense he just hasn't been given the game time there. Some calling for "sell, as long as there is a sell on clause" which suggests not everyone has given up on him. Loan seems good for everyone if it happens.

Enjoyed the game. Still amazed that we are competitive now. We actually look decent. After such a dire few years.. Its refreshing.

From what I can see, we needed cover at full back and better centre backs before the window. The club made noises that we'll be strengthening. We've since lost one of our existing full backs to injury and seem to be selling one of our experienced cover options at centre back if rumors are to be believed. Chances are there will be no incoming. So, another classic Saints transfer window where we weaken the squad and hope that no-one gets injured between now and May.
