Gonna take a while to fully rid ourselves of the Pellegrino mentality. Plus we have the unsolvable problem of not having reinvested the VVD money in defence..

Cedric gonna cost us. He has been awful lately. Lack of alternatives though.

Really looking forwards to this one now. Wigan come with a fear factor having beaten so many other Premier League teams. Our confidence is low. But on paper we should beat them. Just hope whatever happens we give a good account of ourselves (for once!)

I really don't see the point of these club statements from the departing manager. Like they are trying to say "we are all still friends" after sacking the man. Seems to me that does more harm than good.

Whats wrong with Mark Hughes or did I miss something?

We were almost certain to go down if things stayed the same. Week in week out the same dull performance and formation. A new man this late on is a big gamble but feels worth a shot.

Whatever happens he had to go for the utter failure to decide on his best team and formation for the best part of a season.

If it's any consolation, I also feel your pain regarding the cat.

Same boring formation. Same de-motivated team. Same man in charge. Not sure why we'd expect different results? At least if they get 4-5 it might mean he'll finally get the push?

This is the reason we will go down. We have no intensity whatsoever. Even with crap tactics it would be great to see the players busting a gut (like Hojbjerg does every game) to take the game by the scruff of the neck. But I think we lack leaders who can inspire a performance on the pitch too.
