So far a perfectly good Pelle goal incorrectly ruled offside.

At least we have something to play for these last 2 games. Could go down to the last day.

It isn't just Pelle at fault. He'd probably do a lot better if he was supported by another striker. It is Koemans persistence in playing 1 up front supported by attacking midfielder's over and over and over and over.. regardless of the result. The only changes he seems to make are like-for-like replacements and rarely a switch in the formation. Hopefully this season will be a learning experience for him.

You can see that Elia wants to do well. He has the work rate but the ball never falls for him. Every 50/50 goes against. He'd probably make a better striker than an attacking midfielder. But no-one else will ever get a look in for as long as Pelle is fit it seems.

Right up there with our worst performances of the season. Koeman has shown no tactical variety whatsoever in the second half of the season.

Perhaps he and Clyne are playing in such a way as to avoid getting injured?

Our target these days seems to be to bore the opposition into submission.
