Obviously something weird going on for all this to be so public. Perhaps Cork is asking for more than he is actually worth? Or some kind of guarantee of first team action? Such a great result and it's so good we have strength and depth at the back. When Toby got injured I thought we'd struggle but Gardos was immense! All these years we've longed for 3-4 top defenders and now we seem to have that kind of cover.

Great solid performance from us for an hour. But with players that can turn the game like Di Maria you are always expecting a moment of brilliance leading to defeat. We really haven't created enough chances today.
