Don't be an arse, LD was just saying it is too early to say whether it was the formation or the personnel that was the key. 5 at the back was working fine at the start of the Tonda reign so you can why he didn't change things straight away when we started drawing and losing games. Particularly when Manning was scoring and creating assists. To be honest I have been surprised at how well Welington has played in the last couple of games. When he was getting sent off against Blackburn I thought he was a total liability. Fair play to him, long may it continue.

Apart from when he almost gifted them an equaliser with Jelert.

For all the people that want 4 at the back Tonda hasn't had the fit fullbacks to do it until Jelert was available. It would be suicide to have Fellows and Manning in a 4. Just look at the number of crosses coming in the last 20 minutes when Manning came on. The most disappointing thing is there are not any U21s pushing for a place, the bar is not very high.

Premier league teams are very good at hoovering up talent in the lower leagues, they would have got him by now if they thought he had PL potential. They will have looked at his QPR performances as well as ours and thought no thank you. If you look slow in Championship you will get murdered in the PL. Not a chance they are going to pay £20-30m for him. Even top end Championship teams are not interested. He will have a pretty good career but not in the PL IMHO.
