Might not be as JP complained he could not see the flags during one game as there were too many fans in the way...so I imagine Wotte had to go down to the dugout and tell JP what Lowey required. I thought big clubs use ear pieces.. modern technology and all that.. but we are poor...hence the flags. I started to read this again and then thought he dictates the formation/pattern/system but is blaming the players for then playing well by their own choice in a more attacking 4-4-2 for the last period. Surely he answers his own statement by getting them to play to a system that would give them more of a chance of winning...I sometimes wonder if he is actually coaching the side..Then again I have read him again and he still confuses me..Hopefully our young players have more understanding of him than me and will apply his coaching methods sooner or later, if not this year next year or the year after. Well that is what some have asked, at least three years to bring in the new system...as if he will have the same side at xmas. Then again I am easily confused and probably not following the master plan...To be honest the Director of Football should sort this out...or even The Chairman of Football.. Or maybe they are confused as well.

The count of those in the ground from our man with the abbacus was around the 10,500 mark and therefore the official release must include season ticket holders even if they did not attend....Sad times I agree but things will change very shortly.

No argument from me, other than to say that Lallana is being wasted and would give so much more in a better system. Playing the right number of games would help with the right mix around him and Surman.. Various people at the game have confirmed to me that the tactics/system is totally wrong. Some say Lallana is a great player and played well and others say he is wasted because of our system. You know Lallana will get stronger with time/games and the right system being played. We saw this with Surman who had games where he did not seem good enough but is now starting to be of real worth to the side. Due to our financial position and some dodgy decisions, too many youngsters, playing too many games at the same time..If we change our selection/signing decisions we can still stave off relegation but we will soon run out of time... Change course now, tactics/formation wise, please JP.

We all know with the right tactics/mix we can beat Reading....I hope. JP has got to start thinking like a CCC coach as his other ideas are not good enough. I will travel up and attend JPs next venture to a pub and have a word.
