Watching both Chambers and Isgrove previously and in the Schalke game...it is quite obvious the coaching staff have seen the talent in both these players..That we all witnessed for ourselves.v the German boyz Both now have the chance to push on as members of the squad and eventually make the breakthrough.. I am sure we will see appearances from the bench as the season progresses.. Well done Saints Academy staff..

About 10th and maybe pushing for 9th or even 8th:)

Personally..see VW and Cork...as the 2.... with Morgan slightly advanced middle of the three in front. But this may rotate during a game...Trust the three will build the understanding.. Not discounting Steve Davis and JWP in the rotation etc.. Games injuries and suspensions. ottery.......You have no idea......leave it to the coach..FFS:D

wHATEVER WE SAY ABOUT lALLANA......He is a top class player.. I trust in MP to sort this out and find the best position/team set up... Every Manager/coach select Adam....the class is there.. Frustrating at times...yes.. But I believe in Lallana and the coach to get things rolling ...AS WITH RAMIREZ.......Very talented footballers.

I do like the look of Lovren and Wanyama......improves the team no end.....Class:) With Ramirez to come in ...we are getting there as a top half of the league side.. 2 additions and the emergence of more youth players and we can push on and win a lot more games than last season. LOVREN is GOOD..VERY GOOD.

IF and WHEN we win the league..... It would spoil us as a club:) Just think some of the flooooosies on this forum.....you boyz know who you are:p

Morgan in the middle with Victor and Cork... Ramirez is definitely needed in behind Lambert and Jay Rod.. Not discounting Punch and Lallana.....may have to play 13:rolleyes: Boruc with a back four of Clyne, Yoshida ,Lovren and Shaw.. Back up Fonte, Jos. Davis S. JWP, Chambers, Isgrove Davis K. Definitely League place 8/9 with 2 new players waiting to sign..

Agree with above...Chambers looks very useful.... Strong in the air..turn of speed ...gets stuck in... Good all round game..

For a pre season game...we are doing very well.. Majority Schalke CL on display.....all in all a good test. Our youngsters Chambers and Isgrove are not out of their depth and will give good options from the bench.... Chambers gives that option if Clyne had to cover for Shaw. Wanyama is a good player and will fit in well with Morgan and Corky. When the other first teamers come in ..we will have a decent unit /squad.

As above medical issues which meant after further trip to Rome specialist...Sunderland withdrew on advice given.. Has Peruzzi not fully recovered from serious ligament injury.... Doubtful at this stage.........surely or is it shirley:rolleyes:

We had a very good holiday in Barcelona..... All the tourist thingys...including a few days up the coast re beach for the Wife and daughters. With the romantic bit...The tour around the stadium and the phots with Messi and Ronaldinho......cardboard cut outs of course... My missus can't stand footer but so far she has done tours of Barcelona , Old Trafford and Anfield........ Saving the real romantic one......St Marys for a special day.. Luckily my daughters follow the Saints..

Barcelona....Your good lady will enjoy the tour of the stadium etc.

Me and the daughter will be there to help coach the the mighty Saints from our seats in the Kingsland. With a little guidance for the officials.
