CHELSEA REBUFFED BY MILAN AC Milan have turned down a £30m offer from Chelsea for defender Alessio Romagnoli, according to Sky in Italy. It is understood Milan do not want to sell the centre-back this window. Romagnoli joined Milan for £21m last summer from Roma and is an Italy u-21 international.
