Probably not made up at all. Makes sense for Hull to target players to sign on loan (due to their take-over talks). They will be looking for players that they perceive will not get much game time.

^ Might have to scratch this one off the list.

FOUR So that equates to a signing every 25 pages. We've got some work to do.

WATFORD MEDICALS Sky sources understand Roberto Pereyra and Younes Kaboul are having medicals at Watford today. The fee for Juventus attacker Pereyra is in the region of £12.9m - which would be a club record - while Sunderland defender Kaboul is expected to cost £3.5m.

SUNDERLAND ACCEPT KABOUL BID Sunderland have confirmed that they have accepted a bit from Watford for defender Younes Kaboul and have agreed to let him speak to the club about personal terms to complete the deal. Speaking to the club's official website, Kaboul said: “This is not an easy situation for me, but the club and the manager have shown an understanding of my personal circumstances and I am grateful for that. “The Sunderland fans have supported me fantastically well since I came to the club, they gave me my passion back and I sincerely thank them for that. I hope they understand that I have made this incredibly difficult decision for me."

It's funny, it's such a sellers market at the moment isn't it? Liverpool wouldn't have got anywhere near £32m for him if it wasn't for the TV mega-money upload. They knew Palace would buckle & pay it too. I really like him - He should suit Palace and their strikers have been woeful for a long time. Benteke's biggest problem is he seems to get injured a fair bit though.

£27m (+5m) in add-on's apparently. This is incredibly un-cool of me and will get me lynched about these parts - But I'm a little jealous of that deal.

POCH WANTS THREE MORE Mauricio Pochettino says Tottenham could sign as many as three more players before the transfer window closes in just under two weeks. "I am very happy [with Tottenham's transfer activity this summer]. I know this is difficult in this crazy business that today is football," the Spurs boss said. "We try [to bring more players in]. We hope to sign one, two or three players - or maybe no-one. It depends on many things that will happen. We will try to find some players to sign."

Yeah, it's very strange that he hasn't been picked up yet. #ZiyechWatch

Came on last night as sub and got an assist as Blackburn lost 2-1/ -
We need to keep him. There's going to be a lot of games coming up. He's only been here a year. Assess him, and make a decision at the end of the season. You would have thought this formation would suit him.

In some ways, this formation & style should suit him as it involves lots of passing in midfield. He does seem to get linked away every window without much substance though.

Maybe the box throws the names out there and the scouts then put the eyes on them.

West Ham's Andre Ayew out for 4 months.

No. We are going to miss Big Vic. Højbjerg would have still been a great signing had we of kept Vic IMO.

You said we would sign Kostic #ITK_Watch

He went for £9m, so I would agree.

SCHLUPP ‘DEEPLY UNHAPPY’ Sky sources are telling us that the Leicester winger Jeff Schlupp is “deeply unhappy” at his club’s refusal to allow him to talk to West Brom, who have seen two bids for the player – the latest worth £12million - rejected by the Premier League champions. The 23-year-old was told recently by manager Claudio Ranieri that he could not guarantee him first team football, and that he would be better off looking for a new club if he wanted to play regularly. Leicester seemed ready to negotiate with West Brom when they made their latest bid last Friday. Schlupp was even removed from the matchday squad for Saturday’s Premier League opener at Hull with expectation that the deal would go through on Monday. It appears now that Leicester have taken a different view by turning down West Brom’s offer and insisting that Schlupp sees out the remaining three years of his contract. The Ghana international has been at Leicester since signing youth forms in 2005. He featured in 23 games for the club last season.
