As I said above are not the parachute payments revenue to be taken into account when assesing how much should be paid to the creditors.

The £30M question is if they go into admin, and they exit with a CVA, as a CVA is based over 5 years does not the administrator have to take into account the amount of money they will receive as parachute payment over the next 3 years. Would not the Administrator not be performing his duties if he was to ignore this revenue, and let the come out with a CVA and then get given £11M for the next 3 seasons.

Wes did you not read the clubs website and understand the conditions of sale, also I would put it down to bad planning on your part not to have your login sorted out before the day of sale. We ensured everything was running and could log in and without problems well before the first day of sale. I knew it would be hell if you did not have those details. You say it was no fault of your that you could not login, your password would not have changed, so its not really the clubs fault you could not remember your password. Unfortunately for you that is the disadvantage of not being a season ticket holder, the club is rewarding those of us that have paid our dues up front regardless how the season was going to turn out, we could have been bottom of the league playing like t*rds and I could not get my money back, where as you could just not turn up.
