Well, I have 2 cats and neither are looking charred ar present......

We have only lived here for 4 months and the kitchen is 3 years old, I have all the guarantees etc. I can't even locate where it is plugged in! I have a feeling it may be behind the actual fridge, thing is our cats have a habit of going behing it through a space in the cupboard next to it and they may have knocked something.

I would rather have an engineer see what the problem is thanks, and one that is recommended than buy a new fridge.
