  1. Very good ...... do you remember a singer called Nosmo King ??? .. True
  2. Loo Rolls is a USA Blues singer ..........:)
  3. Are you trying to put words in my mouth ????
  4. .... Fred Karno & Associates ????
  5. From Hoofer to Roofer ........ subtle career change ........
  6. Unfortunately .... we will end up with him IMHO ....
  7. Perhaps at the last minute, after passing Go, they decided to put another hotel on Matfair ??
  8. I've always thought we will get the deal that favours the Creditors, which will leave precious little for rebuilding Saints I also think that it could well be that we will still have mortgage/ loans/ call it what you will. I do not think we will start afresh with a clean balance sheet.
  9. Does anyone know WHO Leon Crouch favours ??? ..... I can't imagine him putting money into Saints without having a good idea of what outcome the "Takeover" situation will take. Whatever way you look at it, Fry HAS climbed down re the £500K stipulation ..... it is either that , or blatant Favourtism .... ????
  10. I still do not understand the £500K Non Returnable deposit ...... ..... Sorry, but what Idiot is going to " lose " that amount of money, just for the privalege of seeing the books, and possibly finding things that make a bid not in their best interests. ?? If the £500K stipulation has been "waived" in Marc Jacksons case, I assume that "others" will be afforded the same courtesy ..... and if so, that makes the £500K stipulation BEFORE seeing the books, a complete nonsense ???
  11. Would that £500K have been used for the same purpose as Crouch's £??? "loan" to SFC ??? If not, WHY is a £500K deposit required " Can I have £500K " " Will the Club still be in existance then ?? " " Don't know, no guarentee " " I'll take a rain check on that then ?? " " OK, you're now on the back burner. I'll ask Mr Jackson now " Funny old game Saint, funny old game ........
  12. Which do you mean ?? What I said, or what Bob said ??
  13. I don't recall mentioning Lowe ( on this ) Many on here have told me that he won't be coming back, so, fine, I accept that But Michael Wilde has been too quiet IMHO. He must have had a plan when he got together with Lowe ?? Although Lowe is no longer around, Wilde WAS a Saints fan after all, and he did lose a lot of money, (as opposed to Lowe, who picked his shares up in cheap dubious circumstances, so in my book, lost Zilch )
  14. THAT is the thing worrying me ..... WHY has Fry "declined" the Pinnacle bid ??? FRY is there for the benefit of the CREDITORS We are led to believe that the CREDITORS were not against it ...... SO, How come FRY can ( apparently ) veto it ???? We have NO proof that the "Foreign" bid is anything other than "talk", ( unless of course it's a rescue package being assembled by Michael Wilde and others ??? WHY have I always had the notion that Fry is there as a "puppet" ???
  15. OK ... we still wait to see if we are sold .... Meantime, back to the Football If it was the Holding Company that went into Admin, that leaves Saints as (currently) still a Football League Club ..... doesn't it ??? I'm sure other Clubs have still fulfilled their League fixtures whilst still in Admin ..... why not us ??? Can someone clarify please ???
  16. In a nutshell ..... Lowe would NEVER contemplate anything which would have led to him losing control of HIS PLC ....
  17. I get the distinct feeling that Fry has shown a "cold shoulder" attitude to Pinnacles "bid", and has put "obstacles" in their way Just a "gut" feeling, nothing more Also, I do not know who. if anyone, will be taking us over.... but, again I have a "gut" feeling PS .... before anyone comments ...... I will get some Rennies for my "gut"
  18. It's not FRY's preferred Bidder ............
  19. Yes it does leave a rather unpleasant smell beneath the nostrils, doesn't it ?? It's almost if certain parties actually WANTED it to happen ????
  20. Good God !!!!!!!! That makes it worse He MUST have known the implications of pulling the plug AFTER the League cut off date ......... What a To**er So, WHY did he do it WHEN he did it ???.... WHO told him to ???
  21. £15M ?? So the extra £1M is for the Lock, Stock, and Barrel then ???
  22. As I recollect it, Relegation was NOT confirmed until weeks AFTER Barclays pulled the plug, forcing Saints into Administration. Does Fry of Barclays actually KNOW anything about Football, and the implications that pulling the plug AFTER the League cut off, was the one sure thing to guarentee disaster. ???
  23. Yes indeed ... I fear the return of The Old Guard too
  24. Well, SOMETHING happened to make Barclays "renage" on the Overdraft Reduction Scenario ..... Any thoughts as to what it was ..... ??? ESPECIALLY the fact that they did it AFTER the League cut off date for declaring an Administartion situation, thus ENSURING a 10 point penalty ....as well as certain Relegation Not exactly the best way to ensure they get more of the Overdraft reduced ???
