We need to get up to have the opertunity to build an exciting team, which I think we're capable of doing.
Look at what Norwich and Swansea have achived, if we made it and did as well as them I'd be bloody loving it.
Because Guly isn't actually that bad, and he enables us to be very dynamic tactically and in our formations. Gives NA more options if it isn't working, and he still has Billy on the bench.
Not surprised at all, I simply don't think Billy is fit enough or dynamic enough at the mo to play the way NA wants us to play.
That specific 11 have produced some amazing displays this year, reminds me of the teams which have taken apart Boro, Brum at home etc. It's got a good feel about it. Lots of movement on and off the ball, should be quite a dynamic/fluid formation.
That's why I don't think Billy is starting.
