Agree, it's fairly basic really - we are hoping to scrape by with minimum investment that leaves us with a painfully thin squad which will be exposed if we suffer too many injuries (like, 3). We are suffering those injuries and we are not scraping by as a result.

Have to say he seems incapable of changing a game with astute tactics, on the flip side the oppo makes a positional tweak in the 2nd half and we are done. I like him, don't want him gone, don't see an abundance of better options who we could afford but he has got to arrest this slide quickly. Needs some help imho.

This second half has been truly horrific. There is a growing pattern of us looking a nice tidy side in the first half of games (without actually ever looking that dangerous and with the odd VAR injustice thrown in), and then coming out looking utter dogshit in the second half. We need a win and quickly, because this is just crap.

I don't fancy starting next season with Adams as our main striker with Obafemi and N'lundulu as back up and maybe Walcott as an option one tiny little bit. If we did - and I am sure we won't - I would fully expect us to go down.

Agree, he ain't great but credit where credit is due, today he was decent. Not only did he do far more than Ings today he didn't give away a stupid penalty.
