Good photos. The shirt does indeed look good,but a lot of its appeal is undone by the hideous badge.

On an earlier thread the idea of black/red sash was raised by someone. This is an example : Personally I can't see it happening as the red may still clash when changing at Swindon,Walsall etc

But they are so pleased to have kept the bloke some of them at the back of the stand jokingly refer to, within their circle of friends, as 'Indigo Cardigan' (sn!gger,sn!gger..)

Agree with extracts in bold. Yes,I like it to a point but its a bit of a cop out in so far as it is 'England with a single sash on the front'. Should be front and back sash to be authentic. As you say,some better designs on the forum. The badge is ludicrous. No please,not another yellow and blue away kit looking like Sweden.

Just a thought,but our sash appears to go in the opposite direction to every other sash team ie Palace,Man City.No doubt someone will correct me if wrong.

Disagree with you on that. Here's an example on a previous thread from someone's mock up : Think the sash on the reverse is perfect.

I have also questioned this and hope it is.Although having looked at the photo it appears to be white at the top of the sash on Puncheon so prepare for disappointment. Keep pestering the club on the badge issue Gecko,that too would have transformed the shirt to an even greater appearance.

Anyone know if the sash is on the reverse,I certainly hope it is. One thing detracts from it though,the hideous badge.Gecko's offering was far superior.

Don't kid yourself. He was presumably happy to sign for BHA once he realised the silly money he thought he was worth was not available at Saints,or given his hip problems,the Saints cooled their interest. As for "statement of intent", its a pretty sorry one,if you have to take back a player who obviously did not really rank your club as his first choice. Nothing against BHA,you've got a decent manager in Poyet,and hope you do well,but this episode appears a bit of an embarrasment for you frankly.
