  1. I think you're doing a disservice here... THe Football League have bneen asked direct questions and only answered those questions. They were asked, "Would there be a points deduction for exiting admin with a cva" to which they replied "no, you will not recieve a points deduction for exiting administration with a CVA, as per our rules" Several people on here emailed them asking about the failed cva. the FA replied back with it could not comment on the situation at present. The existing CVA is not currently classed as "failed". That happens when either a date is reached or an event forces it to be classed as failed. As soon as the new CVA is signed that existing CVA will move into the failed state.
  2. Ryan dickson (@Ryandickson23) 18/06/2012 17:36 A business decision? Absolutely miffed! Looks like I'm stuck still watching premiership football for the season could be worse! Crazy
  3. I've rolled out around 50k machines over 15 years... So i'd wager I know more about this than any of you lot.
  4. No, i'm not, any program that states that it removes unused/orphaned registry keys and cleans it up it frankly a piece of sh1t.
  5. 3.2gb of ram on 32 bit and each app can only access 2gb of that.... Cleaner is snake oil, don't use it, utterly pointless. Don't run 2 Av's it's ****ing retarded. MSE is fine, having two will end up in race conditions on files.
  6. It's just flash fill, that's all.
  7. Won't be flying if the weather stays as it is...
  8. So I think the FA agm ends today... I'm guessing Birch did t go as its in Portugal and the club can't afford to send him and put him on expenses for 5 days..... In other news, it seems Greg Halford gets on really well with Wolves fans....@GregIsgoingdown is amusing reading....
  9. Just had mine. Burnt head!
  10. 10 quid says Bart ends up as their keeper...
  11. NO, I just can't be bothered with this "Better than you" attitude that seems to persist on this board.... Some of you go to all the home and away games, well done, 'aint you clever. Not everyone who does however, feels the need to bang on about it at every ****ing oppertunity. Some people chose to leave early, some people chose to only go to cetain away games, some people chose to only go to certain home games, some people don't go to any games but still support the Saints in their own way. Some people (shock horror) may have been to Pompey games when they were in the Premiership and are now going to come to our games.... It doesn't matter one jot. For those special games that have a limited supply of tickets, those that tend to go all the time normally get first dibs. I cannot understand what you lot are ****ing and moaning about. Seriously. Perhaps there should be a special Rossette for those of you with the inferiority complex, so we can spot you at games and bow down in grattitude and servitude in honour of your undying support for the club.
  12. What the flying fcknuts are you lot banging on about?!?!?!? Let me get this straight, some of you are complaining that NOW we are in the Premiership we are getting people saying they support us?!?!? SO WHAT!?!?!? Now others are complaining that when teams go up a level and/or the facilities improve, people decide they want to buy tickets?!?!? WHAT THE FCK?!?!?! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU LOT????? Some of you seem to have a massive fckign chip on your shoulder. Well done. You're better fans than everyone else. Congratulations. But it might be better if you kept your fcking traps shut and worried more about yourself than what other people are doing. Rant over.
  13. Makes no difference, the football League will pay the players directly, without the cash even going to Portsmouth. The rule change (if it happens) would only affect the players once the money was in Portsmouth's hands. At the moment the rules state that the club MUST pay football creditors first, it doesn't say anything about the League paying them fro withheld prize money. The league will effectivly take the decision and action out of the clubs hands, meaning the law change would have no effect.
  14. Whilst there are £14m of outstanding parachute payments any player going there will have no worries about being paid. Once those have gone it's a different matter...
  15. That will just be on where Ward is going.....
  16. Because he doesn;t actually exist. It's someone on the p`ss take who has managed to con the news.
  17. Anyone would think the whole Thing was a scam to wipe out the (original 120m) debts of Pompey, by wiping out the original cva through another administration , and leave it in a more sellable state so someoecan get back 18m some Israeli arms dealer owed you....
  18. So on the CVA front, once its officially classed as a "failed cva" what happens? I don't think this has happened to another football club yet...... will they class is the same as exiting admin wthout a CVA???
  19. Before he was back on the scene? Pretty likely, now he's back and has cash in his pockets and the club is safe, completly unlikley....
  20. Its nopt based soley on a financial decision. I could have afforded to go to boro, but I didn't. Why? Becaus eI couldn't be 4rsed with the travelling involved, I do enough of it as it is and driving the length of the country didnt appeal to me.
  21. The best thing to do with the footbridge is angle it more and slope it down. The right angles and staors down are natural chokepoints. I'd put a proper elevated curved walkway from St Marys street that curves round and then slopes down (instead of stairs) into the ground. Can't realisticly see a station ever taking off. The majority of fans are local or drive down, its only away fans that typically come on the train in large numbers and spunking out god knows how many millions for network rail to construct a platform that is at best going to be used once every 2 weeks for 40 week sof the year is frnakly a waste of money.
  22. If the football creditors rule gets over turned they will go into admin almost imediatly.
  23. walking around the Natural history museum i saw 3 seperate orriental (japanese or s korean I think) chaps in various sets of Saints clothing yesterday.....
  24. Fooling hell! After 9 months of being on the edge of my seat I now find myself bored! We've gone up, weve done it and now I have this massive feeling of ambivalence. It's very odd and I don't like it! Anyone else feeling like this??? I much prefer the nervous excitement that each match brings with it, the days before coming on here to find out who is injured, studying the tables and working out who around us can gain on us. Summer sucks!
