No wonder theres a shortage of trauma team leaders in A&E units. A number of them are on here !! Internet forum medical experts. They see a picture and and are able to comment on blood loss etc. Im glad I was correctly trained in dealing with various of casualties over the years including trauma care and have put the knowledge into practice. I have not always been succesful but dependant on the injuries recieved you tried your utmost best even if you are not succesful

Only those medical physicians / surgeons / nurses etc will know what his prognosis is. if he has received a nasty facial/mouth injury I doubt you will able to speak for a good few weeks. His larynx/vocal chords may well be paralysed ( medical terminology)/injured. It does not mean they irrapairable. It may be permanent it may be temporary. He may well have to learn to speak againHe may be on some form of sedation to ease the pain. The state medical examiner's office is trying to determine whether the dead man is Sunil *Tripathi, 22, who has been missing since March. Members of a university rowing team found the body on Tuesday evening. Mr Tripathi has been described as the other victim of the bombings after he was wrongly identified a suspect. Police Lieutenant Joseph Donnelly told the Boston Globe it was "very possible" that the body is Mr Tripathi. Brown University's rowing coach called police after spotting the body floating in the Providence River. Mr Tripathi, a former Brown University student, was last seen in his apartment in Providence on 16 March. On Monday social media website Reddit issued a public apology for its coverage of the Boston bombings after it wrongly named specific people as suspects. Those mistakenly identified as suspects included Mr Tripathi. Mr Tripathi's sister, Sangeeta, told the BBC of her family's anxiety at how fast "completely unsubstantiated claims were spreading". She described how media surrounded their family home after her brother was wrongly named.

The court ruled that their human rights had not been violated as they were not directly involved in terminations. Appeal judges have now ruled their right to conscientious objection means they can refuse to delegate, supervise or support staff involved in abortions. This ruling This sort of smacks in the face of other appeals that have not been upheld such as religious symbols. and the relate Counsellor who raised a claim about not counselling Gay folk This is a core part of their role but The midwifery sisters have a right of conscientious objection, which is recognised in the 1967 Abortion Act. Surely this is some what out of Sync with todays legislation etc. They became Midwifes so would have known that they would be required to undertake or be involved such procedures. I shall read the court case further but the BBC report on this is quite interesting. I think they have shot themselves in the foot as they are midwifery sisters and do have to supervise and delegate other staff. May have an impact on their salary levels if they are not carrying out the full role in the future.

Pap if your so convinced that bauman is fake try contacting the hospital and his family or are you of the belief they are also part of this conspiracy to ? . I can understand some people's views about jeff b . But unless you have experience of such trauma and such carnage and the effect on the body then you could come to the wrong conclusion . The pictures you refer to are still photos . Had there been video footage of him being treated you may well have a different view point
