Hypo yes I have considerd the players performance. but we do have a habit on here of criticising players even when we are winning week in week out. I like Guly he is a skillfull player I wished he would find the net a bit more frequently. but I am not going to chastise him Billy or any player just becuase it seems a cool thing to do.
