So your saying we shouldn't spend any money on our team and not use the only advantage we have got? And what do u mean by Chelsea? They're top of the premiership and have been all season. They've gone from being an ok team in the top tier to champions several times. Pardew was asked if he wanted to spend the money and he's bought poorly imo.

What an absolute disgrace. Everytime a team gets in our faces and closes us down we crumble. We need an experienced creative midfielder for these sorts of games. The Idiakez sort but better. I don't think Pardew is good enough to win the league next season so might as well get rid of him after the JPT final.

I think they try not to put too many players from top teams in. Keep all the little teams happy. Realistically if it was the best eleven each week it would only be players from Leeds, Saints and Norwich. Imagine how boring that would get for everyone else.

Ok so we drew with Wycombe and while it may feel like a loss to some of you, it's not the end of our play off goal by a mile. Think of the positive thoughts we were all thinking after Norwich and what it'll be like when we win the next game. We have room enough for several draws before the end of the season and still get in the play offs. Just need to support the team so we win every game as we should be doing. I for one still think we'll go up. COYS!

Isn't the FA cup only 5 subs? My mistake itf it's not. I think Antonio's ok at league one level and maybe with some good coaching could turn out ok i just think atm in our team he's not good enough and will get found out by a half decent LB which incidently was what happened at Ipswich.

Ok the experimental here i know but i reckon it could work. Davis Thomas Jaidi Perry Harding James Hammond Schneiderlin Lallana Lambert Waigo Subs: Bart, Gillett, Mills, Holmes, White/Connely if he's fit Waigo pulling the centre backs away to create room for lambert to run through. Lallana just generally causing as much havoc as he can. The rest of the team needs to just hold positions and give the ball to them. On a side note if Antonio plays, which unless Alan Pardew has become retarded recently i doubt, he wont have the slightest effect. He'll be found out as the crap player he really is. One tactic of kicking the ball past the defender and running after it will not work on premier league players. Holmes to come on about 60 minutes to run at their defence. That is all.

You clearly have never seen Hammond play if you think he passes the ball better than Lloyd James. Hammond's not bad but James shows the sort of class we've come to expect when it comes to our academy players. Ability and sight to play good passes. Positional sense is roughly the same maybe James being better. Hammond does seem to add some bite to midfield which we need at this level. Should be sold before we get anywhere near the premiership though as his lack of pace and talent will let him down. Average league 1 player imo.

If only. I would love to see that midfield play every game, It would certainly provide plenty of goals but in this league they would get bullied off the ball. Nice thought though.

That's a very defensive team if you think about it though. Murty and Harding dont really get forward that much and Hammond and Schneiderlin are acting as defensive midfielders. Only leaves 4 players to attack. With Saints going for the play-off's this might not get us the wins we need. My personal Preference would be the a 4-4-2 with mills and Otsemabor instead at full back and a few other changes. Bart Otsemabor Fonte Seabourne Mills Puncheon Hammond Schneiderlin Holmes Waigo Lambert I know i've left Lallana out but in my mind he doesn't do enough for the team to deserve a place in our first 11 atm. He has the talent but is out of form. Also i'm not sure how good Puncheon is on the wing but we he sounds like he might play well there. Bart over Davis because Bart has better distribution which benefits this team. Oh and Davis looks unfit to me atm.

He scored at Millwall. That was only last saturday. I cant see any of those 3 playing together tbh. There would be no height.
