Was in the afternoon here so I bunked off work early and spent a tense 90 mins on the couch expecting the worst but hoping for the best. When Long scored I went ****ing mental. I'm not sure if any of my neighbors were home at the time but they don't speak to me anyway so I don't care if they heard (or what they thought was going on ). Then I got supper started and had a few pints to celebrate.

Dunno if I’m just drunk and rambling but something felt a bit different today. Team seened to be more together, more focussed, more up for a fight. Could we have turned the corner? Hopefully we beat Watford with something to spare and carry that into the Brighton game and beyond.

Slightly disappointed we didn’t win. Chances for Obafemi and Boufal. I can forgive Obafemi, but that was terrible by Boufal to take that extra touch, the goal was gaping and a firm first time sidefoot would have done it. I think JWP or even Davis would have buried that chance. Always seems to fall to the wrong guy. Great performance overall though, but as others have said, still no win in 11 and no use strutting about and then losing in the next 2 against easier opponents.
