  1. ok ok what are you all time fav games I always like ghostbusters on the c64.... anyone know of any good emulators that I can use to download and play C43 and amiga games on here
  2. are you joking the first season down we spent a kings ransom and was by far the biggest spenders in the summer...we were in the top 2-3 spenders in the whole league... wasnt sagga a great loan signing.. saijs..? richard wright..? jack cork..?
  3. i would say that was most people of TSW idea of success.. who remember slating arry and burley for NOT playing the kids and slating the style of billy davies and being very against to him possibly coming here.?? it all happened... then we got a more pleasing style WITH the kids... some fans got their cake and now wont eat it
  4. lol at the suggestion that he would come here...
  5. what has DMG got in the last 14..?
  6. i just love it when rupert gets knocked for SMS... he got us a new (lovely) stadium that is a UEFA 4 star rating right in the heart of the city and a stones throw (litterally) from where the club was formed.. when new grounds arfe built these days, the history of the club etc tends to go out the window...look at what everton are going to have to do...
  7. maybe the league positions are the defining factor... I have no doubt that should we be 3rd and in the hunt for auto promotion, sms would be rocking most weeks...
  8. pearson was brought up all season when jam was here.. i agree with your point though
  9. during those times it was the norm to smash someones face in too
  10. to be honest, how many takeovers in the 90's were NOT seen as earners..? you had the exceptions then, jack walker and the guy at boro but they were/are life long die hards...
  11. being unique would mean spending more money....which as we know, the legacy of which is killing us now... the cost of SMS was great value for money IMO for the ground we have..
  12. too right that carling cup game against the skates was deafening... i too was there for the first win and that was louder than anything ever at the dell that I had experienced
  13. i was amazed that jan was appointed in the first place....then after the start I thought we were on to something....after the blackpool home game I started to wonder then it went downhill quickly for me...It was painfully obvious that he had no plan b and DMG was not a lone striker and lallana was more of a hinderance most of the time jan should have gone before xmas
  14. what should he have done then...?
  15. i think he s doing better than pearson on ratio (points per game like people point out)...we also got a humping or two under pearson and had far better players Wotte is bot brilliant but is doing better than pearson with the first team
  16. indeed brett was decent for us in the prem and a good partner for BT brett scored some very vital goals for us
  17. if you think reading has a a terrific atmosphere then you are wrong no one moaned about SMS when we lost 2 home games all season (man u and liverpool) something I never saw at the dell

  19. Commodore 64 Amiga 500+ GameBoy NES Master System MegaDrive SNES PS1 PS2 XBOX XBOX360 PS3 PC never had an N64, Sega Saturn or a 32x the C64 is still my all time fav with the Amiga a close 2nd. I had hundreds of copied games everywhere with the Amiga.
  20. not as good as championship manager - the first one on the Amiga
