Just says on the interpacel website the name who it was left with and my street name. No number. It also has the electronic signature. Which is pathetic by the way. But the name given is not mine nor my neighbours When calling UPS they told me it was signed for by xxxx at number 53. I live at 51. Xxx is adamant they have nothing. There are only 4 flats in my block and never has any of us had a problem before

The seller has escalated the dispute to a claim himself. He stated that he felt he did everything right and sent the item in the time frame advertised in good faith that a company like UPS would get the item to me efficiently. Paypal have responded and said that they will now investigate the delivery/tracking of said item Any ideas of the likely out come and time scale???

which i did...can paypal give me money back..how do you get it back on your credit card i have a master card (halifax) as you can tell, this has never happened to me before

but lets say I never see the ipad from UPS/neighbour...how on earth can you get someone to give you a refund...???
