iceland is(was) ranked as the worlds no.1 socialist country by the UN.. they were as rich as the US in terms of GDP per capita....yet they blew it... was it because of the countries ideals in "spreading the wealth" or was it due to other reasons.. anyone..?

thinking of getting a new car this year...will be a cash buyer and will have 10-13k plus my car to trade in on top of that.. my car being a black seat leon cupra R...53 plate with 60k on the clock..full seat service history and have had the cam belt changed within the last 2k miles.. I am stuck to what I want..dont know whether to get a Golf...or even a brand new mini (for cheap running costs) or live a little and get a boxster.. any suggestions, pointers on running costs etc mu current car is one of these

they did yesterday..but for weeks/months, he has been LB..since essou-akoto (sp) has been out.. now he is back..will be interesting to see how old arry plays bale

agree...watching him play at the mo..he is probably the best LB in the country on current form... shame he is not english

Should be interesting next season...we will be clear favourites to win the league... top 2 minimum for me...playoffs a dissapointing 2nd... I also hope we give ALL cup competitions a wide berth and just worry about the league...

lol what is more annoying is how they wont even trial it... kick-ins instead of thrown ins.....5 officials, golden goals, silver goals etc all trialed at a high level why cant they trial goal line technology in the UEFA cup next season...? and make it clear, the cameras are ONLY there to see if the ball crossed the line or not...
