I doubt he was thinking about building it now....but it would be silly to not explore all avenues of making the club better for the future.. IF they feel that in at the end of the "5 year plan" and we are set up in the prem then they may feel that a bigger, better stadium is needed

ahhhh did not realise that had a hotel etc... would be silly to have another ground so close by with the same facilities to be honest..unless they wanted a snazzy unique style BIGGER stadium..it would be better if they extended SMS

also a hotel......maybe near the airport..it would on the edge of southampton....and near pompey..with london 70-odd miles away

well..that is your opinion.. I cant see them moving the team away..but if they did..eastleigh would be perfect...they could add all sort of other facilities to the site that would not be viable where it is now. so, how do you go about getting a stadium built in eastleigh...:cool:

I would be sad to leave SMS (cant see it myself) but I was also sad when we left The Dell... IF we moved..then it would probably be for something pretty special...and it would have to be to be better than SMS

wowzers.. if they are looking at possibilities of moving then they want to have other facilities that SMS cant provide... as for the sizeo of the ground..when we were half decent in the prem, we sold out nearly every week..

if we were say...in the position spurs, villa and citeh are in..then yes, we would fill 40-oddk every week... as for a new stadium..it would be an expensive investment to have "more facilities" around it...
