How about the pen shout for handball- good shout?
-
Exactly we created some very decent chances -better than Chelsea mustered- but we were shockingly wasteful. Having Cork pick up Cole for the hoof in the first half as he dropped off hurt us - but we adapted well in the second half and would have been the more likely winner if we had made it 2-2.
-
Has mopo apologised yet?
-
We don't have these kind of shenanigans to attract McMahon - our lot are far more 'kind' to horses and ponies.
-
So the net implication is that you would rather we played with a weakened team?

Nice work compadre. But on the Boruc theme, I think this is more up your alley -
Well given he has had to come off at HT in the last two fixtures, it wouldn't really be a big shock.
-
Yep bad back, though some respected ITK on their forum says he will play 45mins.
-
True though assuming that Cole doesn't play the whole 90mins - who will do that job? Diame, a CB? Not a lot of options there.
-
Well they did bring in Borriello who's now injured, Carroll is back but suspended and they've usually been able to rely on Cole at least from the subs bench but he has a bad back. So its a new twist on an old problem. Like Charlie says, Cole will probably play but a half fit one shouldn't provide too many scares in the air, esp if Lovren returns.

Looks like they're struggling for strikers http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2564716/Striker-shortage-New-West-Ham-loanee-Marco-Borriello-miss-two-weeks-hamstring-injury.html 6-4-0 or 4-6-0 anyone?

Where did the monkeys go? -
What nonsense- Davis would be a big loss and JWP is nowhere near his level yet. No prizes for playing as many academy players as possible.

I have seen enough of the team over the past few seasons to give it the benefit of the doubt - teams have off days and don't click. Commitment is a strong word that has moral connotations. This wasn't the team that went out with a whimper at Hillsborough in 2009.

First the current crop is a decent bunch and has a good rapport with the fans, many of whom have gone up the leagues with us. So the label of indifferent, overpaid mercenaries is way off the mark. Second I don't expect anything. I support the club and that will continue long after any player has moved on. I don't need respect or gratitude from a bunch of session musicians. Never have, never will. As the soul of the club, what have I in common with other fans is far more important.

Boo hoo the fans aren't appreciated enough.

Behave. If its just about the money, its far more lucrative to have a good FA cup run (btw it was £700-800K last season for each place). When you add up prize money, broadcast fees and gate receipts, we would have to finish in the top 2 or so to equal the money associated with winning the cup. See Deloitte's analysis. Somebody solely driven by self-interest would privilege the cup. Of course, it might not only be about money but also MP's contract which only ties incentives to the league - but that's mongboard conjecture. Let alone the presumptuous implication that MP only cares about lining his own pockets.

He's hardly the Cockney Pirlo or whatever those divs call him. And he's not better than Lallana as many of their lot claim.
-
Apart from the 2nd half against Fulham, he has largely struggled -he's not as poor as he was around Xmas (he's not as slow to the ball) but he's still not firing either. As far as chances go, he really should have buried his first against Hull the other night.

19th century football is a compliment for though joey essexes. And I thought cherrypicking was bad on here. Almost want MLG to unleash the dogs of war.

Cheers - always good for a proper ITKer to clear the mongboard's Augean stables.
